Euthanasia Guidance & Services

The word euthanasia is of Greek origin, meaning good death. It is an option available when our pets are suffering and no longer enjoying life. It can be a difficult decision, as pets oftentimes experience a mix of good and not-so-good days. The Riverbend team is here for questions, concerns, and support. We spend time with you reviewing your pet’s quality of life, and we will support you in making an end-of-life decision.

Aftercare options include cremation. We work with White Rose Crematory in Brattleboro, VT and Final Gift located in Cranston, RI.
They provide compassionate and respectful handling of pets.
