Financial Policies

We accept cash, debit cards, money orders, and the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks.

Payment is due when services are rendered. A deposit of 75% of estimate is due when patients are booked in for surgery or other in-hospital procedures. Balance is due when a patient is discharged.

We offer financing through CareCredit®. This program offers a range of plans with low monthly payments for those who qualify. You must contact CareCredit directly for additional information and application instructions. Please note: We do not offer all of the CareCredit financing plans. Please verify with our receptionist which plans are offered.

Concerned Citizens for Animals in Western Massachusetts provides funding for spaying and neutering.

The Humane Society of the U.S. has a comprehensive list of pet financial aid-related organizations throughout the United States.
