Emergencies

In case of an emergency…

DURING REGULAR HOSPITAL HOURS
During hospital hours if your pet is sick or injured, please call us at 413-587-3737.
The nurses and/or doctors will triage your pet’s situation as best they can over the phone and advise you. You may be instructed to come to the hospital, or you may be directed to go immediately to an emergency service. If we do recommend an emergency hospital, we will alert them that you are coming and send over your pet’s records.

AFTER HOURS, ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
You can call Riverbend at 413-587-3737. When you hear our message, press 2 and follow the prompts for 1-touch connection to any of the following emergency facilities. Call them before you go, so they can be best prepared for your emergency.
