Team Riverbend proudly walked and ran in this year’s Hot Chocolate Run to support Safe Passage in Northampton on Sunday December 8. It was a pretty cold morning, but our team all participated! Our team of walkers, including Team Leader Ann, David, Sharon, Crystal, Kiley, Tina, Matt, Nancy, Liz and Ann B accompanied by cute Golden Retrievers Jackson and Maki went first at 9am. The 5K Fun Run was at 9:30 with Melinda and Sara representing Team Riverbend and Dr Thomson ran the 5K Road Race. We all enjoyed our hot chocolate afterwards! Team Riverbend is very proud to have been the #7 fundraising team with a total of $4.741!! Thank you to all who donated and cheered us on!
